Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 40 days of delivery for most items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

• Include all original packaging, labels, and accessories

• Have a valid order number or proof of purchase

Note: Final-sale, clearance, or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our support team at support@beisuny.com within 40 days of delivery.

2. Provide your order number, photos of the product (if damaged or defective), and reason for return.

3. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions and return shipping details.

Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

• For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Beisuny covers the full return shipping cost.

• For all other reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size, personal preference), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery back to us.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@beisuny.com.
Include clear photos of:

• The damaged area

• The entire product

• The shipping label

We’ll promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Clearance or final-sale products

• Gift cards or digital items

• Customized or special-order items

• Items damaged through misuse or improper handling

Exchanges

We currently don’t support direct exchanges.
If you need a different product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
