If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to make it right.

Return Eligibility

You have 40 days from the day you get your order to ask for a return. The item should:

  • Don't use or wash it
  • Keep the original packaging, tags, and any extra parts that came with it.
  • Add your order number or proof of purchase.

Please note that items that are marked as final sale, clearance, or personalized cannot be returned.

How to Begin a Return

All you have to do is this:

  • Please email us at support@beisuny.com within 40 days of getting your order.
  • Please tell us your order number, why you want to return it, and if the item is broken or not, please send us pictures.
  • Within one to two business days, our team will get back to you with the next steps.

Please don't send things back without first getting in touch with us, as this could slow things down.

Who is Responsible for Paying for Return Shipping?

  • We'll pay for the whole return shipping cost if the item came broken, wrong, or damaged.
  • The customer has to pay for the return shipping if they change their mind or choose the wrong item.

To make sure your package gets there safely, we suggest using a shipping option that lets you track it.

When You'll Get Your Money Back

We will send you an email to let you know that your returned item has arrived and passed inspection.

If everything checks out, we'll send the money back to the same method you used to pay. This usually takes 5 to 7 business days, but your bank or payment provider may need a little more time to finish it.

Please note that any original shipping fees (if charged) are non-refundable.

If Your Item Arrives Damaged

Should your order arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours so we can help right away.

When you email us, include:

  • A clear photo of the damaged area
  • A photo of the entire item
  • A photo of the shipping label

Once we review the details, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Items We Cannot Accept for Return

The following cannot be returned:

  • Final-sale or clearance products
  • Gift cards or digital items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Exchanges

We don’t have an exchange system at the moment.
If you’d like a different item, simply return your original order for a refund and place a new one.
