Order Processing (Handling Time)
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
- If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Note: The "Transit Time" listed above refers to the time it takes for the carrier to deliver the package after it has left our warehouse.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will generally be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: All duties and taxes are included in the price or covered by us at checkout.
Damaged or Lost Packages:
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@beisuny.com so we can file a claim with the carrier. If the product arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Shipping Restrictions:
Currently, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
