Shipping policy
Order Processing
Most orders ship out within 1–2 business days. We take time to check each item, make sure it’s in perfect condition, and pack it securely before sending it off.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles) are handled the next business day. We’re closed on weekends and holidays, so those orders will ship once we’re back.
Shipping Options
- Free Shipping: 4–6 business days, with orders over $49.99.
- Standard Shipping ($9): 2–5 business days.
- Expedited Shipping ($14.99): 1–3 business days.
Delivery time may vary depending on your location or carrier delays, but we always do our best to get your order moving quickly.
Tracking Your Order
We will send you a tracking number as soon as your package ships so you can see where it is at all times.
You can also go to our Track Your Order page to see how your order is doing at any time.
If Your Address Is Incorrect
Typos happen — if you notice an error in your address, please email us as quickly as possible at support@beisuny.com.
We can update it before the package ships, but once it’s on its way, changes may no longer be possible.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or if the tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate your package, please contact us within 7 days.
We’ll work with the carrier and help find the best solution for you.
